I pioneered an innovative equal opportunities programme for staff, at the Greater London Councils, which became the industry standard. I provided advice and guidance to council’s in England and Wales on the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry for the Local Government Associations. I contributed to the delivery of the Crown Prosecution Services Diversity strategies and Delivery. I co-direct an innovative programme for executive women with Elisabeth Henderson. Elisabeth and I offer follow on action learning sets for participants in the programme.
